The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom for a luxurious experience. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the guest bathroom is equally elegant and comfortable. With a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your visit. The resort features three pools: two oceanside pools with spectacular views (one with a wrap-around waterfall), and a third shaded pool—perfect for cooling off or relaxing out of the sun. A spiral staircase leads down to Cupecoy Beach, where you’ll find a secluded cave and a quiet stretch of sand ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or sunset walks. - Check-in is at 3pm, and checkout is at 11am. If you want to guarantee check-in as early as 9am, or guaranteed checkout as late as 5pm, please add a note with your booking request. We can make a special request to the cleaners, and if they are able to accommodate, we can guarantee for an additional charge of $25 for an early or late booking ($50 for both) payable in advance of check-in. - Guests will keep property and furnishings in good order and only use appliances for intended uses. - Babies OK with supervision but apartment is not child proofed. Crib available upon request although availability not guaranteed. - 4 to 6 Guests preferred. Fold out sofa bed in living area enables up to 6 guests at extra cost of $50/person/night for guests 5 and 6. This is so we can safely provide sanitized linen/towels for the guests using the sofa bed. - Pets are not allowed in guest accommodations. - People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight and agreed occupancy limit must not be exceeded. - Any other person on the property visiting the guest is the sole responsibility of the guest. - Excessive noise not allowed between 10pm - 8am. - Owners not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur and are not responsible for loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. - No daily/weekly housekeeping service provided although this can be arranged by request for an additional fee during your stay - please request if you would like this service and you will pay our trusted cleaner cash directly. - No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment including e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. If you are a smoker, you will only be able to smoke near the pool or outside areas. - One bath towel and one large beach towel supplied for each guest (to total number of guests stated in property). - Washer/Dryer in apartment allows for washing/drying of towels/linens during duration of stay if required (washing liquid not provided due to preferences and allergies but can be purchased 3-5 mins walk from local mini-market or supermarket up road). - Sufficient trash bags, coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided for 3-4 days; for longer stays guests may need to purchase extra supplies from the supermarket or mini market about 3-5 mins walk from the property. - Trash is collected daily directly outside the apartment Mon - Sat; please put trash in the garbage can outside door in hallway for daily collection (except Sunday).

Everything You Need for a Hassle-Free Stay - Pack light and stay fresh—your apartment comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, perfect for keeping towels and clothes clean throughout your visit. While laundry detergent isn’t provided (to respect individual preferences and sensitivities), you’ll find plenty of options just a short 3–5-minute walk away at the nearby mini-market or supermarket. To get you started, we’ve stocked the essentials: trash bags, coffee pods, and dishwasher tablets for the first few days. If you're staying longer, rest assured—additional supplies are easily available at local shops just around the corner.
