From the blender to the toaster to the ninja coffee maker, you'll have all the tools you need to whip up your favorite dishes. There's even bar seating for three and a beautiful dining table to enjoy your meals. There are two cozy bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed with bedside lamps and plenty of closet space. You'll love the natural light that floods the room and the beautifully tiled shower in the bathroom. The guest bedroom features two plush queen beds and plenty of clothing storage, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The ensuite bathroom in this room also has a stunningly tiled shower that can only be accessed through the bedroom. The Peloton bike provided will keep you fit during your stay, or take a leisurely stroll to your private patio, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack light and always have fresh clothes. But that's not all - the real magic happens outside! Take a dip in one of the two oceanside pools, one with a wrap-around waterfall and the other with sun lounges, tables, and chairs. If you prefer a bit of shade, head to the third pool which is nestled under the building. Perfect for sun-sensitive skin or a refreshing dip in the cool water. But wait, it gets even better! Descend the beautiful spiral staircase and you'll find yourself at Cupecoy Beach. Take a stroll along the inviting shoreline, or venture into the secluded cave for a bit of adventure. - Check-in is at 3pm, and checkout is at 11am. If you want to guarantee check-in as early as 9am, or guaranteed checkout as late as 5pm, please add a note with your booking request. We can make a special request to the cleaners, and if they are able to accommodate, we can guarantee for an additional charge of $25 for an early or late booking ($50 for both) payable in advance of check-in. - Guests will keep property and furnishings in good order and only use appliances for intended uses. - Babies OK with supervision but apartment is not child proofed. Crib available upon request although availability not guaranteed. - 4 to 6 Guests preferred. Fold out sofa bed in living area enables up to 8 guests at extra cost of $50/person/night for guests 7 and 8. This is so we can safely provide sanitized linen/towels for the guests using the sofa bed. - Pets are not allowed in guest accommodations. - People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight and agreed occupancy limit must not be exceeded. - Any other person on the property visiting the guest is the sole responsibility of the guest. - Excessive noise not allowed between 10pm - 8am. - Owners not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur and are not responsible for loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. - No daily/weekly housekeeping service provided although this can be arranged by request for an additional fee during your stay - please request if you would like this service and you will pay our trusted cleaner cash directly. - No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment including e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. If you are a smoker, you will only be able to smoke near the pool or outside areas. - One bath towel and one large beach towel supplied for each guest (to total number of guests stated in property). - Washer/Dryer in apartment allows for washing/drying of towels/linens during duration of stay if required (washing liquid not provided due to preferences and allergies but can be purchased 3-5 mins walk from local mini-market or supermarket up road). - Sufficient trash bags, coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided for 3-4 days; for longer stays guests may need to purchase extra supplies from the supermarket or mini market about 3-5 mins walk from the property. - Trash is collected daily directly outside the apartment Mon - Sat; please put trash in the garbage can outside door in hallway for daily collection (except Sunday).
